How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
At the moment our one-bedroom units are starting out at $1640 and our two-bedroom units are starting out at $1899! All units come with washer, dryer, dishwasher & central air.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
We offer a year-round pool & hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, community grill, Bark Park & pet spa to our residents!
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes, the apartments are pet friendly and residents are allowed up to two pets in the household. Pet rent is $35 a month and covers up to two pets with a $300 security deposit. Pet fees are not applicable to ESA & service animals with proper verification. Bluesky offers a pet spa & Bark Park for your pets!
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
We offer standard 12-month leases! The shortest lease term we offer is 5 months with applicable short term lease fees.

You can apply for one of our great apartments by following the apply now option on our website, requesting a link to the application from the office staff or applying in the office after your tour!
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Registered parking through ParkM is available to residents and their guests, though we do not offer any garage or carport parking.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Utilities for the property (water, sewer & trash) are charged on top of the base rent and gas & electric are the residents responsibility.
Is the community gated or secured?
The property is not gated or secured.

The schools that serve this community are the following: Devinny Elementary, Dunstan Middle School, Foothills Elementary, Green Mountain Elementary, Green Mountain High & Mclain High.

There are a lot of public transport options nearby as well as easy access to highways! The Federal Center Station for light rail is about 2.5 miles from the property. There are two RTD bus stops within a 5 min walk from the property and access to C470 & 6th Ave are approximately 5 minutes away!
